ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
FURTHER LITCC CONVERSIONS
LIT advises that it continues to receive conversion notices for its LITCC series. Holders of
the Company’s 5-cent contributing shares (now paid up to 2.1 cents (LITCC)) continue to
contact the Company regarding conversion to fully paid LIT shares. It is due to this
continuing interest in conversion that the Bonus Issue Prospectus has been delayed for a
short time. LIT encourages its LITCC holders and its option holders to convert to fully paid
shares to allow participation in the Bonus Issue to the full extent of their ownership of fully
paid ordinary shares.
Should you wish to convert your LITCC to LIT shares, instructions on how to do so can be
found on the Company’s website at www.lithium-au.com by clicking “LITCC” on the right
hand side.

quote the +securities on any conditions it decides.
2
We warrant the following to ASX.
The issue of the +securities to be quoted complies with the law and is not

not require disclosure under section 707(3) or section 1012C(6) of the
Corporations Act.
Note: An entity may need to obtain appropriate warranties from subscribers
for the securities in order to be able to give this warranty
Section 724 or section 1016E of the Corporations Act does not apply to any
applications received by us in relation to any +securities to be quoted and
that no-one has any right to return any +securities to be quoted under

We will indemnify ASX to the fullest extent permitted by law in respect of any
claim, action or expense arising from or connected with any breach of the
warranties in this agreement.
