Livium Ltd (ASX: LIT) (“Livium” or the “Company”) provides the following update on operational and strategic
progress across the business.
Livium CEO and Managing Director, Simon Linge commented "We're pleased with current momentum of the battery
recycling business . Whilst we are still closing the gap on volume expectations, b aseline volumes have been building since
the beginning of 2026 , supported by customers such as BYD, Sell & Parker, and CATL . Progress is being made however
I always caution that we still operate in a nascent industry and therefore volatility can be experienced .
"Solar recycling remains a key growth opportunity for Livium and our technology partners , Iondrive and Won Kwang S&T.
Working with towards a trial deployment of Won Kwang S&T ’s Solreborn technology in Australia early next year is an
exciting proposition. Outside of recycling, partnerships remain equally important. We have further advanc ed strategic
discussions for VSPC’s LFP Technology and are now defining the exact scope of the strategic alliance and investment .
“Lastly, the extended SPP O ffer gives shareholders the opportunity to participate following strong support to date."
Battery Recycling Performance
Battery collection volumes have been solid across July and August, particularly for lithium -ion batteries (LIBs), which
include battery -embedded devices collected under the Sell & Parker agreement. LIB collections over the first two months
of the current quarter (Q1 FY27) have exceeded LIB volumes for all FY26 quarters . This gradual scaling of volumes,
received at the Derrimut Hub , have been delivered through sustained efforts by the sales team to convert and expand
customer relationships.
Under the Sell & Parker agreement, the Company had previously flagged an anticipated 55 tonnes for Jul y, with 54 tonnes
received during the month. A further 23 tonnes have been received in August under the agreement, taking combined
July –August receipts to 77 tonnes. Increased Sell & Parker volumes are anticipated to continue into September.
Other LIB volumes received over the period include material from BYD, CATL, LGES and Hyundai Glovis, reflecting the
continued diversification of Envirostream's customer base and the ongoing success of the sales team in developing new
and existing accounts.
