We can update you on the legal proceedings relating to the fire that occurred at Envirostream's former Campbellfield premises back in January 2019.

Following recent mediation, settlements have now been reached with four claimants for a combined amount of approximately A$1.765 million. Importantly, these claims are covered by Envirostream's insurer, so settling them does not require any cash outflow from Livium.

Two claims remain outstanding, and further mediation is planned in the coming weeks.

As we noted in our Appendix 4E and Preliminary Final Report for the year ended 30 June 2026, the Group carries a A$5.4 million provision on its balance sheet relating to these claims. The timing and outcome of the proceedings were uncertain at that time, and they remain so now. Because the proceedings are still ongoing and we're still gathering complete information on the settlements and the remaining claims, we can't yet say what impact these developments will have on that provision.
