Livium and MinRes have agreed on the distribution of funds from 50:50 JV Company, LieNA Pty Ltd. Livium's distribution totals A$173k, matching MinRes' distribution.

Following this distribution, LieNA Pty Ltd is funded until at least June 2027. Following receipt of receipt of the FY25 R&D rebate, a further distribution is likely.

Investors should note that LieNA Pty Ltd's cash is no longer part of Livium's consolidated reporting post-deconsolidation. The company now accounts for its 50% holding under the equity method.
