Livium is currently in advanced discussions for a new agreement with Sell & Parker that is expected to generate revenue exceeding A$1.0 million, representing approximately 15% of total revenue in FY24. This agreement will involve providing recycling services for project-related materials and is expected to significantly increase collection volumes for FY25 and first half of FY26. The Proposed Agreement with Sell & Parker reflects Livium's commitment to securing exclusive battery recycling contracts and diversifying its end-of-life battery sources.
