Following the successful placement of A$4.5 million from institutional and sophisticated investors, Livium has concluded a strategic funding agreement with Lind Global Fund II.

The company will repay A$2.16 million owing to Lind, with Lind having the option to subscribe for one third of the repayment in shares.
