The trading halt is requested pending announcement of an award of a material grant and a proposed capital raising. Livium is seeking the trading halt to assist in managing its disclosure obligations in relation to a material grant and a proposed capital raising and maintaining an orderly market in the trading of its quoted securities, and to ensure that trading does not take place in an uninformed market. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 24 February 2025 or until the release of announcements in respect of the above.
