The closing date for our Share Purchase Plan (SPP) has been extended to 13 September 2024.

This extension allows eligible shareholders more time to participate in the offer. The company expects to release its 30 June 2024 year-end financial results this week, providing valuable information for shareholders to make informed decisions. As a reminder, the SPP offers shareholders the opportunity to purchase up to $30,000 worth of LIT shares at an issue price of $0.021. Shareholders who have already applied for shares are not required to resubmit their applications unless they wish to apply for additional shares.
